Production Worker
Job Description
Premiere Staffing is currently seeking reliable and motivated individuals to join our team as Production Workers for a local Manufacturer of Vegan & Vegetarian foods in the Turners Falls Area.
No manufacturing experience required as this company is willing to train the right person!
As a Production Worker, you will be responsible for assisting with various tasks related to production and assembly. Duties: – Perform assembly line tasks, such as product assembly, packaging, and labeling
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area – Inspect finished products for quality assurance -Participate in company orientation and training
Follow instructions Some duties include:
- Loading product from conveyor belt into cases,
- checking codes and placing cases onto a pallet
- Packing department 8:30 am- 5:00 pm Mon- Friday with occasional Saturdays packing various food products from staging areas, position pallets, racks or totes
- Boxing Department 10:45 am – 7:30 pm Mon- Friday with occasional Saturdays
- Rotate through various line stations to box vegetarian products for shipping,
- stack finished cases on pallets according to appropriate stack patterns.
- Qualifications: – Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately – Good physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects when necessary – Excellent teamwork and communication skills
