Premiere Staffing is currently helping to recruit for a Furnace Operator in East Granby, CT. This is a temp to hire position. If interested, please apply ASAP!

Three shifts are available right now. See below:

1st shift 8am-4:30pm, 2nd shift 4pm-12:30am and 3rd shift 12am-8:30am with pay differential.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Able to perform the duties as a racker

Operate Furnace

Make adjustments to controls as needed

Verify accuracy of racking of product with appropriate fixtures/alloy & racking instructions.

Perform routing maintenance on the carbon analyzer as required.

Burn shims and document paperwork

Verify un-racking of product following appropriate requirements

Assist with racking & un-racking of product

Verify Completion & accuracy of paperwork/tags within the department

Maintain cleanliness and overall organization within the department.
